The restaurant is currently undergoing dramatic renovations, with industry veteran and newly-appointed General Manager Sergio Tamburlini leading the charge.

Renovations, which are currently underway, are dramatically changing the outdated colors of the restaurant to a cool grey, white and black palette.

In addition, the restaurant has partnered with Sorelle Art Gallery to provide guests a rotating collection of art available for purchase.

Chef Luis Restaurant, which is still adhering to its normal business hours, is at 129 Elm St.,  203-972-5847, www.chefluisrestaurant.com
