United Way Sets Up Forum 'Cradle-To-Career' Plan In Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. -- United Way of Western Connecticut will host the Stamford Cradle to Career Design Institute on Thursday.

More than 150 community stakeholders will provide feedback on a community plan that addresses issues affecting the children and youth of Stamford from cradle to career. Stakeholders include elected officials, nonprofit leaders, teachers and administrators, parents and representatives from colleges, universities and the public library. 

The event will take place at the University of Connecticut's Stamford Campus GenRe Auditorium.
