BROOKFIELD, Conn. – Art Colley, ex-finance chief of the Brookfield Schools, pleaded not guilty to new fraud charges Tuesday, reports Newstimes .

Colley, 58, pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree larceny, one count each of defrauding a public community, second-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit larceny after an investigation into $53,000 in missing school funds, according to the report.

Colley was charged earlier this year with second-degree larceny and third-degree forgery, accused of receiving reimbursement for iPads that were never purchased.
