AAA Honors Brookfield Police Officer For Fighting Drunken Driving

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- A Brookfield police officer garnered special recognition for his efforts in deterring drunken driving.

AAA Northeast recently honored Brookfield Police Corporal Christopher Rosado as a department nominated Traffic Safety Hero for his anti-drunk driving efforts. 

Rosado is a volunteer guest law enforcement speaker for Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s SMART program. 

In addition, he has addressed numerous groups on the dangers of drunk driving and is one of the department’s top motor vehicle enforcement officers.

The award was presented at AAA’s seventh annual Community Traffic Safety Awards lunch in Bridgeport.
