Officers were called to the area of Plumtrees Road and Whittlesey Drive for a report of an erratic motor vehicle at about 7 p.m. Sunday, police said.

Officers located the car as it made a left turn to stay on Shelter Rock Road, police said.

As the car made the turn, it traveled north in the southbound lane, police said.

Officers stopped the vehicle and saw the driver had blood shot eyes, and slurred speech, police said.

Officers arrested Robert Vosbureh, 57, of Surrey Drive, and charged him with operating under the Influence, failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

He was released on $100 cash bond and is due in Danbury Superior Court on April 24.
