Brookfield Man Charged With Bail Jumping In Yorktown

BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- Yorktown police arrested a Brookfield, Conn., man on a charge of bail jumping in the third-degree. 

Justin O. McCurdy was accused of not appearing in Yorktown Justice Court on the required date.

Justin O. McCurdy, 26, was accused of not appearing in Yorktown Justice Court on the required date in regards to a pending case, nor within 30 days thereafter voluntarily. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond by the Yorktown Judge Gary Raniolo.

Unable to post bail, McCurdy was remanded to the custody of the Westchester County Jail.
