Brookfield Police Locate Missing 75-Year-Old Woman

Update : BROOKFIELD, Conn. — Marylou Kurtzman, who was previously reported missing, has been located by Brookfied Police and Brookfield Fire Department personnel.

"Thank you to everyone who shared the article and kept their eyes out for Marylou," the police department said in a Facebook post. .

original story: BROOKFIELD, Conn. — The Brookfield Police Department is actively searching for a 75-year-old woman who has advanced stage dementia, according to a Facebook post from the department. The missing person is Marylou Kurtzman of White Pine Drive, Brookfield. She is is 5-foot-6 weighs 170 pounds. She has dark blonde hair, which was last known to be in a ponytail, but she may have taken it out.

She was last seen wearing black pants and a gray shirt. If she has taken off the gray shirt, she is now wearing a blue shirt that says "Jesus loves me/you."

She left her residence on White Pine Drive on foot at about 11 a.m., police said.
