BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- A Danbury man driving drunk in a stolen car was arrested after he crashed on Federal Road in Brookfield on March 21, according to the News-Times.

Eduardo Venturo, 30, was driving north near Route 133 when he hit two cars while driving a Ford Explorer he had stolen less than an hour earlier, said the News-Times.

He was charged with third-degree larceny, driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, driving without a license, and failure to drive at a reasonable distance and held on $10,000 bond, added the News-Times.
