Greenwich Man Charged With Grand Larceny In 18-Year-Old Case

A Greenwich man had to finally pay for his crime after 18 years when a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Marcos Loor, 36, of Armstrong Court, was charged Monday with larceny and forgery for an incident that took place in February 2000 at Old Field Point Road, police said.

Loor turned himself into police on Monday and was released on $250 bail.
