Know Him? Police Look To ID Post Road Theft Suspect

The Westport Police Department has released surveillance photos of a suspect who allegedly stole from a local store.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a suspect who allegedly may have stole multiple eyeglass frames from a Route 1 business.

Investigators from the Westport Police Department released surveillance photos of a suspect who entered a Post Road business in Westport at 5:17 p.m. on July 3, and exited 28 minutes later, at 5:45 p.m. after allegedly stuffing a dozen eyeglass frames into his pants, police said.

In the photos, the suspect can be seen wearing a black t-shirt and pants, with black boots. The suspect was bald, had a beard and a tattoo was visible on his neck, above his shirt.
