The  7,500-square-foot home located on 2.6 acres at 370 Wahackme Road — about a mile from town — is listed for $3.69 million.

The house, built in 1930, has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms and two half-baths.

"Thoughtful expansion and renovation allow for modern living while retaining the feel of a classic Connecticut home. Beautifully proportioned rooms make for gracious entertaining while extensive terraces invite you to the heated pool and cabana surrounded by complete privacy," says the listing at Realtor.com. It is listed by Halstead Property.

The house went on the market on Nov. 13 for $409,000, but the price was reduced on Dec. 18, according to the Connecticut Post.

He's taking a hit on the price — Scarborough bought the home in March 2011 for $4.6 million, the Connecticut Post said.

It's been a busy year for Scarborough, who co-hosts "Morning Joe" on MSNBC with his fiancee, Mika Brzezinski.

Scarborough, a former Republican congressman from Florida, has battled President Donald Trump and the policies of the Republican Party.

In a summer appearance on "Late Night With Stephen Colbert" with Brzezinski, Scarborough criticized Trump for his Muslim ban. He also criticized members of the Republican Party for not repudiating Trump's positions.

"Time and time and time again they turned the other way," Scarborough said. "And they're doing the same thing now. And it's actually disgusting. And you have to ask yourself, 'What exactly is the Republican Party willing to do? How far are they willing to go? How much of this country and our values are they willing to sell out?'"

In October, Scarborough changed his party registration from Republican to unaffiliated as he promised on the show.

It wasn't the first time Scarborough called out the president. He and Brzezinski had become embroiled in a battle with Trump earlier after the president dragged them on Twitter.

"I heard poorly rated 'Morning Joe' speaks badly of me (don't watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year's Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!" Trump said via Twitter, drawing criticism from politicians on both sides of the aisle.

In an op-ed headlined "Donald Trump is not well" in the Washington Post, the two denied Trump's claims about the visit to Mar-a-Lago and said Brzezinski did not have a facelift but had her chin tweaked.
