The school district will seek its fifth finance chief since 2014, the NewsTimes reported.
Cameron, who will leave the district at the end of the school year, was widely credited with helping to stabilize the schools finance department, the NewsTimes said.
While at his position, Cameron spearheaded an effort to migrate the school’s accounting software to the town-used MUNIS system. He has also coordinated with BlumShaprio consultants, which recently reviewed financial controls in Brookfield and made a series of recommendations, reported the NewsTimes.
