Irvin Gonzalo Navas-Barillas was arrested on Monday by Wilton Police after he was stopped on Danbury Road when he was seen exiting a business area with his brake and plate lights out, said Lt. Robert Kluk.

Once stopped, officers found that Navas-Barillas was wanted on an active Prawn warrant issued in 2009 by Stamford Superior Court for failure to appear on a negligent pedestrian charge, police said.

He was released on $75 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 26.
