Darryl Mourning, 25, of Oakland Avenue, Danbury, was first seen crossing the solid yellow line on Candlewood Lake Road in Brookfield, the News-Times reports. 

He refused to stop for police on two separate occasions, according to the News-Times. The suspect was eventually found in northern New Milford after his car ran out of gas, the News-Times reports

He was taken into custody and charged with disobeying an officer’s signal, reckless driving, disregarding road signs and markings, driving without a license, among other traffic violations, the News-Times reports.
